Ringwood’s The Stockroom Gallery held a group show of art on plates! This one opened on the 10th of December, ran from the 7th to the 18th of December 2016.

Alexi Era Gallery held an event featuring postcard pieces. All works were priced between $5-$50 and 100% of the profits went to the Wildlife Conservation Society – 16th of December 2016!

“CREATURES” (QUEENSCLIFF, VIC)
The wonderful new space Queenscliff Gallery and Workshop held a group show with the theme ‘Creatures’. I had a few works in this one. Opened on October the 9th 2016 and ran until October 31st.

“OUTSIDE THE BOX” (MELBOURNE)
My agency put on an exciting event – a group of artists were given a set of materials and an 8 hour slot in which to create a piece of art with those materials. It happened at No Vacancy Gallery, I was in the space creating on October the 7th, and the show with everyone’s completed works opened on the 28th of October 2016.

“THE RIME OF THE ANCIENT MARINER” (BYRON BAY)
I put several sculpted seabeasts into a show at Byron Bay’s Retrospect Galleries. This one ran from September 14-30th 2016.

“THE (SPACE TRIP) ART SHOW” (BROOKLYN, NY)
Gristle Tattoo & Art Gallery held an exhibition featuring Star Trek inspired art, to coincide with the Star Trek: Mission New York convention, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the original Star Trek. I had a piece in this one, it ran from September 2-4th 2016.

“NOW STOCKING” (MELBOURNE)
The Stockroom Gallery held an exhibition and live painting event on Saturday the 7th of May 2016, from 12pm – 6pm. I showed paintings and metal works.

“MADE IN MELBOURNE” (MELBOURNE)
Auguste Clown Gallery held a group show focussing on Melbourne artists. This one opened on the 19th of Feb and ran until the 6th of March, 2016.

“12×12” (Melbourne)
The Stockroom is an exciting brand new space in Ringwood. Their first show was a monster with everyone submitting 12×12″ works. Opened on the 12th of December 2015, ran until the 24th.

“Return to the Wild” (Melbourne)
I was pleased to have a piece in the group show at Auguste Clown Gallery, this one opened on Friday the 6th of November 2015 and ran until the 20th.

“A Little Darkness” (LA)
Night Gallery in Santa Ana held their annual dark art themed small works show, ‘A Little Darkness’. This one ran from the 5th of September to the 3rd of October 2015.

“Corpus Illuminata V: An anatomic interpretation” (Detroit)
I’m pleased to have had a piece in the annual anatomical/medical themed group show held by Corpus Illuminata. This one was at Tangent Gallery in Detroit, ran from the 14th of August to the 15th 2015.

“Exquisite Corpse” (Melbourne)
I was part of a 3 person show at No Vacancy Gallery’s Fed Square Project Space. Called ‘Exquisite Corpse’ after the drawing game, I showed several paintings and metalworking pieces alongside Kim Garratt and Georgia Matthey. The show was up from July 28th to August 9th 2015, with an opening event on the evening of the 29th of July.

“Just Another Group Show” (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency held a group show and also launched their newest book at the Project Space. Opened July 4th, ran until the 29th 2015.

“Sticks and Stones” (Online auction)
Copycat Violence Art Collective held an online auction via their facebook page. I was asked to submit a piece as a guest artist to this one, the theme was ‘Sticks and Stones’ and the auction ran from July 13-17, 2015.

“Emanate” (Mascoutah, Illinois)
I had paintings and repoussé pieces in the grand opening show for Alexi Era Gallery, who moved to a new location. This one opened on the 13th of June 2015 and ran until the 13th of July, 2015.

“Miniature Art Extravaganza” (Seattle)
I had a painting and a few repoussé pieces in a small-scale art show at Ghost Gallery. This one opened on the 11th of December 2014 and ran until the 9th of Feb, 2015.

“Oferenda” (Melbourne)
I had a piece in a Day of the Dead show at Just Another Project Space for one night only, November the 1st 2014.

“Kaitlin Beckett + Zombienose” (Columbus, Ohio)
I had a joint show at Rivet Gallery with the very clever Zombienose. This one opened on the 4th of October and ran until the 29th, 2014.

“Riddle Me This?” (Melbourne)
Artboy Gallery held a tribute show to celebrate 75 years of Batman…I had a little bat piece in this one. Opened on the 31st of August and ran until the 20th of September 2014.

“Small Works” (Melbourne)
I had several small pieces in the annual Brunswick Street Gallery Small Works show. This one ran from August 3rd to the 20th 2014.

“Two” (Melbourne)
Just Another Project Space turned 2 and had a group show to celebrate…everyone submitted a piece with the theme ‘Two’. This one opened on the 17th of July, 2014 from 6-9pm and ran until the 27th.

“Zombie Apocalypse” (Melbourne)
Artboy Gallery held another Fanboy vs Artboy exhibition with everyone’s favourite thing, Zombies. Opened on the 23rd of May 2014.

“Universe” (San Francisco)
Modern Eden Gallery in San Franciso held a group show, ‘Universe’ curated by Michael Cuffe of Warholian. I was pleased to submit a spacebeast for this one, opened on the 12th of April 2014.

“‘INSTINCT’ – Launch x Exhibition” (Melbourne)
Six Years Later Magazine launched their 3rd edition ‘Instinct’. I have a feature in the book and had a piece on display at the launch party, on the 21st of March 2014 at 1 Doonside St, Richmond.

“The Grotesque” (San Francisco)
Modern Eden Gallery in San Franciso held a group show with artwork inspired by the Grotesque. Opened on the 8th of March 2014 and ran until the 22nd.

“Toy to the World” (Melbourne)
An exhibition/auction of over 100 customised Popobe vinyl bears for Victorian HIV research – this year it was at Artboy Gallery, opened on the 21st of Jan 2014 for 2 weeks. Bids were taken on the bears through the TTTW facebook page here.

“Just Another Art Fair” (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency held their first Art Fair at Just Another Project Space. This one opened on the 4th of Jan 2014 and ran until the 14th.

“Wanderlust” (San Francisco)
Modern Eden Gallery in San Franciso held a group show called ‘Wanderlust’ with artwork inspired by faraway places. Opened on the 14th of December 2013 and ran until the 3rd of Jan 2014.

“Just Another Book Launch” (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency launched their fancy Book #3! At Just Another Project Space, opened on the 13th of December 2013 and ran until the 24th.

“Minis” (Tauranga, New Zealand)
I took part in a group show of 12x12in works at Gallery 59 in Kiwiland again. Opened on Thursday the 8th of November and ran until the 24th of December 2013.

“REANIMATION SOLO SHOW” (Melbourne)
I held my 4th solo show at Just Another Project Space in November. This one opened on the 7th of November 2013 and ran until the 5th of December.

“Just Another Group Show” (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency’s 4th annual group show was held again at 1000 £ Bend in Melbourne CBD as a side event for Semi Permanent. This one opened on the 24th and ran until the 27th of October 2013.

“Technical Art Delight” (Takamatsu, Japan)
A friend of mine Tosai is an amazing tattoo artist and his tattoo family (Horiedo) put on an art and music event in his home city of Takamatsu, he asked me to send a few pieces. It was a one night only show at Club Axis, happened on the 28th of September 2013.

“Lil Bub Art Show” (San Francisco)
Spoke Art held a special group show to coincide with Lil Bub’s book launch. A bunch of artists submitted pieces with a Bub theme, and Bub herself was at the space for a meet and greet! Info about the opening night is here, it ran from the 7th of September until the 28th 2013.

“The Reinterpretation of Frida Kahlo’s The Wounded Deer” (Toronto)
The art collective iseamonster held a show for all members at Hashtag Gallery. I’m a huge fan of Frida and was super excited to be reinterpreting one of my favourite works of hers, the Wounded Deer. This one opened on the 20th and ran until the 27th of September 2013.

“One” (Melbourne)
Just Another Project Space turned 1 and had a group show with the theme ‘One’. Opened on the 4th of July 2013 and ran until the 30th.

“Time Book Launch” (London)
The awesome art collective Lazy Gramophone put together a compilation of short stories, poems and artwork by fifty-five contributors, entitled ‘Time’. I did an illustration for a poem in this book, and it launched at The Drink Shop & Do (facebook event here) on the 26th of May 2013.

“Organic” (Adelaide)
Espionage Gallery joined forces with Subterraneous Screen Printers to bring you an epic shirt and print show. 16 artists each created a digital piece which was printed on to shirts and recycled card, which opened on the 30th of May 2013.

“The Exquisite Palette” (Melbourne)
My favourite art shop St Luke held a group show of works painted on curved wooden palettes. I submitted a piece to this one, it opened on the 10th of April 2013 at their store, 32 Smith St in Collingwood.

“We’re All Mad Here” (Adelaide)
Another brilliant group show at Espionage Gallery, this one with an Alice in Wonderland theme. So many amazing artists involved with this one. Opened on the 14th of March 2013, facebook event here.

“Batch 002: Cryptozoology” (The Interweb)
Freshly Baked Gallery displayed a new batch of 7 beasts from December 2012 to March 2013.

“Oz” (Melbourne)
Artboy Gallery had another in their series of themed Fanboy vs Artboy exhibitions…this time the Wizard of Oz. Opened February 22nd 2013! I painted a tin man for it.

“2 Year Anniversary Exhibition” (Adelaide)
Espionage Gallery celebrated 2 years of running with a massive group show. This one opened on the 24th of January 2013…facebook event here.

“Toy To The World” (Melbourne)
Toy To The World happened again – an exhibition/auction of almost 100 customised vinyl toys for Victorian HIV research. This one opened on the 15th of Jan 2013 at the Spring Street Convention Centre (1 Spring St in the CBD) and the auction ran until the 4th of Feb.

“Just Another Book Launch” (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency launched Book #2! At Just Another Project Space, this one opened on the 15th of December.

“Allstars” (Adelaide)
Espionage Gallery hosted an end of year group show. A bunch of artists with one work each. Opened on the 13th of December and ran until the 22nd, facebook event here.

“Invincible Fathers” – A joint show with Apeseven (Sydney)
I was most excited to show again in Sydney, this time with the very clever Apeseven. Our show theme was ‘Invincible Fathers’ and for this one I worked almost exclusively on paper with totem poles as my concept…have a read about it on my blog here. It was a short show, from the 16th-17th of November 2012 at China Heights Gallery in Surry Hills.

“Minis” (Tauranga, New Zealand)
I took part in a group show of 12x12in works at Gallery 59 in Kiwiland. This one opened on Thursday the 8th of November and ran until the 22nd of December 2012.

“VS” – A joint show with Matthew Dunn (Melbourne)
An epic battle between beasts and vigilantes happened at Artboy Gallery from the 14th-21st of September 2012.

“Just Another Group Show” (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency’s 3rd annual group show featured a bunch of great stuff. Held again at 1000 £ Bend in Melbourne CBD as a side event for Semi Permanent, the show ran from the 12th-17th of Sept 2012.

“iseamonster” at Gladstone Gallery (Toronto, Canada)
iseamonster, a Canadian-based female art collective held their first group show at Gladstone Gallery on the 2nd of August 2012. It was also the launch of a limited edition art book featuring my work and the last stop for a travelling sketchbook that had been making the rounds between the artists.

“Primal Mutation: Notfair 2012” (Melbourne)
I’m very excited to have been asked to participate in this year’s Notfair exhibition. Held every two years and curated by Melissa Amore, Sam Leach and Ashley Crawford, Notfair is a satellite event to the Melbourne Art Fair. The show was held this year at 1000 £ Bend in the Melbourne CBD, and ran from the 1st of August to the 5th 2012.

“Works On Paper” at Just Another Project Space (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency launched a brand new space in Prahran! They teamed up with the wonderful Signed & Numbered (where I have some prints for sale) and held a grand opening of works on paper on the 7th of July (6-10pm), at 153 Greville Street Prahran.

“Art Melbourne” Art Fair
My agency had a stall at this year’s Art Melbourne. The fair ran from the 24-27th May and was held at the Royal Exhibition Center, Carlton.

“Les Dessinatrices, All Female International Illustration Exhibition” at Espionage Gallery (Adelaide)
Espionage Gallery hosted Les Dessinatrices – an all female international illustration exhibition featuring the work of 22 international female illustrators from all corners of the globe. Opening night was Thursday the 19th of April 2012 at 6:00pm, the show ran until the 3rd of May.

“Urban Art” at Brunswick Street Gallery (Melbourne)
A group show at Brunswick Street Gallery with an urban theme. The show opened on Friday the 16th of March 2012 from 6-8pm and ran until the 29th.

“There’s More” at Cocoa Jackson (Melbourne)
A massive 4 day event from the 22nd – 25th of March 2012. There was a gallery show on Thursday night (the 22nd) with a few of my works and I painted in an alleyway near the space on Saturday (the 24th). For more info on the whole event and people involved, visit the Invurt site.

“Fairytales and Fables” at Artboy Gallery (Melbourne)
This was the latest group show in Artboy Gallery’s series of Fanboy vs Artboy exhibitions. The show opened on Friday the 16th of March 2012 and ran until the 25th.

“Board” NGV Studio (Melbourne)
My agency curated a mammoth 3 month long show at NGV Studio to coincide with the display of Tony Hallam’s famous personal skateboard collection. Original artwork on skate decks was up from the 12th of Nov 2011 to the 5th of Feb 2012, and also involved the Three Sixty Project (who supplied the decks) to help raise money for their great program. I painted live in the space for three days from 10am-10pm with Makatron from Thursday to Saturday (December the 15-17th 2011).

“Gifted” Gallery 59 (Tauranga New Zealand)
I showed a few unframed paper works at Gallery 59 – this was my first public showing in the homeland (NZ)! The show ran from the 18th of November to the 23rd of December 2011.

“POST APOCALYPSE” with Aramas at Rancho Notorious (Melbourne)
A show with Aramas at Rancho Notorious. The show ran from Oct the 25th to Nov the 7th 2011. The opening night was Thursday the 27th of October from 6-9pm.

“MAD! Melbourne Art & Design Fair” pop up market in Prahran (Melbourne)
On Saturday the 5th of November 2011 was a one day only market in the heart of Prahran, featuring art, design, jewellery, homewares and live music/painting and food on the day.

“In The Cut” (Melbourne)
In The Cut presented In The Cut Volume 3 – a night of music and art at Goodtime Studios in Carlton. One night only, October the 8th 2011!

“Just Another Group Show” (Melbourne)
For the second year in a row now, Just Another Agency held a huge group exhibition at 1000 £ Bend in Melbourne CBD as a side event for Semi Permanent. The show ran from the 20th of Sept 2011 to the 26th, all works between 50cms square and 100cms square. The opening night was the 22nd from 6-9pm. Watch the vid here!

“Sink Or Swim” (San Francisco)
PangeaSeed, a Japanese Shark Conservation Organisation held a group show entitled ‘Sink or Swim’ to raise awareness and funds to help stop the barbaric and cruel practise of shark fin harvesting. This show was held at Spoke Art Gallery in San Francisco, it was the first time my work has been shown on the west coast of USA. The show ran from the 23rd to the 25th of September 2011. Folk Art | Fine Art (Melbourne)
Brunswick Street Gallery held a group show with an Asian Folk Art theme. I painted a few more works on the Japanese origami paper for this one. The show opened on the 26th of August and ran to the 8th of September 2011.

Paper Thin (Sydney)
Colour by Numbers Gallery hosted a show of works on paper to launch the gallery from the 25th of August 2011 to the 4th of September, at their space on Enmore road in Sydney.

The Sideshow (Melbourne)
A group show of circus sideshow themed works happened at For Walls Gallery inside Miss Libertines in the Melbourne CBD. The show started on August the 3rd and ran until the 27th, 2011.

SOLO SHOW! – EXOSKELETONS (Melbourne)
I held my 3rd solo show this year at No Vacancy Project Space in Federation Square. Working with my recent exoskeleton theme, this show featured a mix of canvas and 3d pieces. Medium: Vinyl 2011 (Sydney)
Hardware Gallery in Sydney held their annual group show of work on vinyl records from the 20th of May to the 11th of June 2011.

Rose Street Market (Melbourne)
On Sunday the 5th of June I shared a stall at Rose Street Market in Fitzroy (Melbourne) with the clever laser cut jeweller Chris Maxwell. Framed prints, badges, cards and all manner of things were on sale! Rose Street Market is 60 Rose Street in Fitzroy, open Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 5pm. Handmade goodies, live music, food and close to everything.

Beats, Bricks and Pockets (Melbourne)
A fundraising art + music event on Friday the 3rd of June at Donkey Wheel House, for Traditional Healthcare Inc. I donated a small piece for this one.

Urban Art Throw Up (Melbourne)
Brunswick Street Gallery put on a group show with a great mix of street art, illustration, sculpture, even a bit of knit graffiti! The opening night was Friday May 27th and the show ran until June 9th, 2011

Get Trucked 2011 (Melbourne)
Just Another Agency hosted their regular charity show Get Trucked at No Vacancy Gallery’s Project Space in Federation Square. With the proceeds going to Camp Quality, many artists painted on trucker caps, all priced at $60. The show opened on May 8th 2011 and ran until the 15th, opening night was the 12th of May from 6-9pm.

Uchiwa Fan Fundraiser (Adelaide)
Espionage Gallery in Adelaide hosted a week long fundraising exhibition to raise money for the Japan Appeal. 50 artists painted on paper fans, each priced at $60 and 100% of the funds raised went to the Red Cross. The show opened on Thursday the 5th of May 2011 and ran to the 12th of May

Ladie Killerz (Melbourne)
Ladie Killerz was a weekend long, travelling festival, celebrating ladies and their killer skills in all things art, music, film and graffiti! From Friday 29th April – Sunday May 1st 2011 at One Five Faction, 1-5 Wightman St Footscray.

This Little Teapot (Sydney)
In the same vein as last year’s ‘This Little Piggy’ show of art on ceramic piggybanks, was ‘This Little Teapot’. Curated by Rebecca Murphy, this time we painted on ceramic teapots! More info on Rebecca’s website here. The show was held at Paper Plane Gallery in Rozelle, Sydney and ran from April the 13th to May the 1st 2011.

‘Open Eyes’ at Art in Mind (London)
The Brick Lane Gallery held a group show from March 30th to April 10th 2011.

Up The Bend
Rancho Notorious, the brand new space upstairs at 1000 £ Bend in the Melbourne CBD had a grand opening show! Saturday 19th March, 6-9pm.

Just Another Female Skateboard Exhibition
One Five Faction held the after party for Just Another Female Skateboard Competition 3, and an exhibition with a bunch of ladies painting on decks. I’d never painted on one before. The show opened Thursday the 10th of March and ran until the 28th 2011.

Drawn
I put some works on paper into Brunswick Street Gallery’s Drawn, a group show featuring about 25 artists. The show ran from the 4th to the 17th of March 2011.

Toy to the World
Along with many other local and international artists I took part in Toy to the World, an auction to raise funds for the Victorian AIDS Council. We transformed a vinyl bear toy into a unique piece of art! My bear won 3rd place in the competition for creativity. You can see images of the entries on Invurt here. The exhibition was part of the Midsumma Festival and took place from Jan 17th – Feb 6th 2011, at 45 Downstairs in the Melbourne CBD.

Small Works
I had a few works in Brunswick Street Gallery’s annual gigantic show of works 30cm and smaller. The show ran from the 10th of Dec 2010 to the 16th of Jan 2011.

Fit To Print
No Vacancy Gallery set up a print shop at their QV space. I sent in 3 different limited edition giclee prints in A4 size. The show ran from the 9th of Dec 2010 to the 24th.

Creature Feature at Monstrosity Gallery in Sydney
I sent up a work for ‘Creature Feature’, a show of creepy crawlies, at Monstrosity Gallery. The show ran from the 3rd of Dec 2010 to the 17th.

Feminality, Art Basel Miami Beach
My first showing of art in the USA! Art Basel Miami Beach is a yearly event and America’s biggest art show, this year from December 2nd – 5th 2010. Miami Independent Thinkers put on a group show that was part of the event, and within that was Feminality, a showcase of art by women around the world. I sent 3 pieces along for this gem of a show.

Curvy Display
As part of the launch for this year’s Curvy book, I filled a display box with a selection of originals, prints, objects and ephemera relating to me and my inspiration. The display was in Sydney CBD’s fashion hub, The Galeries on George Street, from November the 19th 2010 until Jan the 6th 2011.

“Print Nation” at These Days Gallery in Perth
I sent some limited edition prints across to Perth for a show at These Days Gallery (formerly Mixtape Gallery) 454 William Street, Northbridge. The show opened on Friday the 15th of October 2010 and ran until the 31st.

“Wild Things” at Urban Cow Studio
I was part of a group show of animal art at Urban Cow Studio in Adelaide. The show ran from the 6th of October to the 30th 2010.

“Finders Keepers Market – Melbourne”
I took part in the Finders Keepers market in Docklands. From the 9-10th of October I shared a stall with Aramas, Caitlin Rigby and Maxwell.

“Just Another Group Show”
The launch night for my agency, Just Another Agency, happened on Friday the 17th of September 2010 at 1000 £ Bend in Melbourne CBD. It was also a side event for Semi Permanent. The show ran from the 14th til the 20th of September 2010.

“Signed And Numbered launch”
The launch night for an exciting new shop/gallery, Signed And Numbered, on Friday the 17th of September 2010.

Group Show “Everybody’s Show”
The last ever night at Brood Box Gallery, September 3rd 2010. I had a few pieces on the wall.

Group Show “The Exquisite Palette”
The wonderful art store in Collingwood, St Luke, held a group exhibition – each artist was supplied a wooden palette to decorate as they chose. The opening night was Friday the 30th of July from 6pm, and the show ran til the 28th of August 2010.

Group Show “Cupcakes for Prostates”
A bake sale at 1000 £ Bend, to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer. The opening/bake sale was Saturday the 7th of August from 3pm, and the work was up on the wall til the 16th of August 2010.

Group Show “Mail Me Art” in London
The first public showing of my work in the UK! There was a call out for this cool project – art created as a piece of traditional mail. I painted a piece and the collection of work received appeared in an exhibition in London, opening on the 30th of July 2010.

Group Show “22”
I was part of a group show of works by 22 female artists at The National Grid Gallery in Sydney. The show ran from the 18th of June to the 23rd of July, 2010.

Group show “Medium:Vinyl”
A group show at Hardware Gallery in Sydney. Each artist painted on a vinyl record…21st of May to the 12th of June 2010. My work is here.

On display – Atomica Cafe in Melbourne
I had a few works on the wall at Atomica Cafe, 268 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy during the month of May 2010.

696 Ink Grand Opening
After the close of much loved Sydney road gallery 696, a new gallery/tattoo studio opened up in its place…696 Ink, curated by Meg Woodsworth and Jon Beinart of the Beinart International Surreal Art Collective and Jason Jacenko. The show ran from the 5th of March to the 1st of April 2010.

Linden Postcard show
A gigantic group show at the Linden Gallery, St Kilda, Melbourne. Hundreds of works (I showed 3), everything 30cm or smaller. The show ran from the 6th of Feb to the 27th of March 2010.

Group show “Melburn Reprezent”
A group show at Per Square Metre in Collingwood, Melbourne. Opening night was the 5th of February and the show ran until the 1st of March 2010.

Design Federation’s “Friends of the Federation” party
I had a piece on display at theclub in Kings Cross in Sydney. A one night only event by Design Federation, on the 12th of Feb 2010.

Group show “This Little Piggy”
A group show at China Heights Gallery in Sydney. Each artist painted on small ceramic piggy banks & submitted a few original works. The show opened on February the 12th 2010 and ran until the 14th.

Group show “Entry 2010”
A group show at Brunswick Arts in Melbourne. Opening night was the 5th of February and the show ran until the 20th 2010.

Brunswick Street Gallery Prize show
I’m very excited to have been selected as a finalist in the Brunswick Street Gallery Prize show. The show ran from December the 4th 2009 until January the 7th 2010.

Group show “Once Upon”
Leeloo celebrated their 2nd birthday with a fairy tale themed group show, held at Ambush Gallery in Sydney. Each artist submitted 4 original A5-sized works based on an allocated fairy tale – mine was The Griffin! He is a noble beast. The opening night was the 19th of November, show ran from the 19th-22nd of November 2009.

Group show “Painters 09B”
A show of 9-10 painters at Brunswick Street Gallery. The opening night was the 6th of November, show ran from the 6-19th of November 2009

Art Sydney 09
I showed works with Brunswick Street Gallery at this year’s Art Sydney event. The show ran from the 22nd of October to the 25th, at the Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park. More info here!

Group show “Get Trucked” at Per Square Metre
The folks at 696 teamed up with Semi Permanent to present this year’s trucker cap show at Per Square Metre in Collingwood. Proceeds from all caps were donated to the Cancer Foundation. The show ran from the 6th to the 14th of October 2009.

SOLO SHOW “A Compendium of Undersea Curiosities…and friends”
I held my 2nd solo show at Gallery 696 in Brunswick.
The show ran from the 30th of September to the 11th of October 2009, the opening night was the 2nd of October (Friday) from 6-9pm. I showed around 26 pieces on canvas and paper.

Group show “Rush Job”
I showed a few prints at Glitch Bar, Melbourne with Alana Smith, Kate Ross & Sarah Kidd. The opening night was Friday August 28th 2009, show ran for 1 month.

Group show “Likher Pussy Portraits”
A cat fest at Gallery 696 from the 5th to the 19th of August 2009. Opening night was Friday the 7th of August from 6-9pm.

Group show “De Maistre Colour Chart Show”
Brunswick Street Gallery in Melbourne held a show featuring art on 20x17cm boards, based on Roy De Maistre’s colour wheels and charts. The show ran from the 17th to the 30th of July 2009.

Group show “The White Rabbit”
The rules were – white rabbits in white frames, in grey lead pencil only! A bunny explosion of epic proportions at Gallery 696 from the 16th to the 30th July 2009.

Melbourne Curvy Launch
An event to launch the book Curvy 6, and the Melbourne-based artists in the book showed a few pieces at Magnation 3rd floor (upstairs). The show ran from the 9th – 18th of July 2009.

Group show “The Essence of Pleasure”
An all-female show at Famous When Dead Gallery, West Melbourne. The show ran from the 25th of June to the 12 July 2009, opening night was Friday the 26th. Photos from the launch! Here on Flickr.

Edition Magazine Issue 5 release and group show “It’s a 2 colour thing”
696 teamed up with the folk at Edition Magazine, and a group of local artists submitted a digital piece for the printed mag and a painting for a group show. The show opened at Gallery 696 on the 20th of March & ran from the 19th of March to the 1st of April.

Street Art For Ashes – Auction/Show & Online Auction
A group show for the Victorian Bushfires at No Vacancy Gallery in Melbourne – Friday 13 March 6.30pm.

Bushfire Relief Auction at BSG, 3rd of March 2009
I donated a piece for an auction at the Brunswick Street Gallery, $13,000 was raised on the night and donated to the Red Cross to help the recent Victorian bushfire victims.

“Sketchel” Group show
I painted on a canvas panel for a ‘Sketchel’ bag. The show ran from the 4th – 18th of Feb 2009 at Gallery 696.

“Art On Your Sleeve” Group show
Stay Human Gallery in Richmond held a group show featuring around 30 artists with their art on 55mm badges & some original art – show ran from Jan 29th until Feb 11th 2009.

Art Sydney 08
Art Sydney was awesome! I displayed several pieces in the Brunswick Street Gallery Stand. The event ran from the 24th – 26th of October, at the Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park, Sydney. I didn’t get the chance to go up for it but I heard good things.

“Get Trucked!”
A group show at Gallery 696, featuring 100 or so artists, each painting on trucker caps! The show ran from Friday the 3rd of October until 22nd of October.

“I Art Sydney Road”
Part of the 2008 Melbourne Fringe Festival. Around 60 artists from the Brunswick area exhibited in shopfronts along the wonderful Sydney Road (Brunswick, Melbourne), from 24th September – 5th of October.
